Spinning at EB Sports is an opportunity to do a structured indoor class which focuses on endurance and strength using intervals of varying intensity, and length to achieve your fitness or weight loss goals!

 

We have official NXT Johnny G spin bikes, which are designed specifically to adjust to the dimensions of any client!

 

Depending on factors such as weight and fitness level, and the intensity of the class, you could expect to burn up to 600 calories per class.

Eamon is a qualified Johnny G spinning instructor with over 6 years experience taking spin class and years of cycling behind him. Combining all this experience Eamon is able to adapt his classes to all levels and abilities getting the best workout for each client and helping them achieve their goals!

Spin Bike Classes are usually done in 6 week blocks. You can book your place on a block for £25 – or you can attend single sessions for £5 pay as you go (as long as there is available space).
