Eamon Brady is a qualified and fully insured sports massage therapist, trained in soft tissue manipulation with the sole aim of benefiting athletes in all types of sports.
In his clinic situated in Coalisland, Dungannon, Eamon uses his years of experience in treating athletes and competitors in correcting imbalances and problem areas in soft tissue, which are a result of repetitive and strenuous physical activity, the the clients sporting endeavours.
Soft tissue is the connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage. This includes: muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.
Eamon has experience in successfully treating all areas of the body from the neck and shoulders, arms, back and hips, legs, knees ankles and feet.
Eamon has wide knowledge and experience in many sports. Having participated in them and coached them he has knowledge of how these sports can affect the soft tissue and how training the body in these disciplines can lead to injury.
From Gaelic football and hurling, soccer, running, triathlon, cycling, swimming, weight training, Eamons knowledge allows him to identify over use and problem areas before they become problems, and treat and rehab issues when they do become a problem.
